When searching for transliterated words, be sure to try multiple variations of the word, or search by the portion of the word common to all spellings.
For example, if searching for Tchaikovsky, one might also try the word form as
Tschaikovsky or as Chaikovsky, in addition
to the more common Tchaikovsky. The endings of such words vary as well, so one might spell
this same search string as Tchaikowsky, Tchaikowski, Tchaikovsky, or Tchaikovski
Simpler still, search by the portion of the word common to all spellings. Following our example, to search for Tchaikovsky,
we could search against the string "chaik".
Wildcards & You: "Goodbye Mr. Asterisk!"
The use of the asterisk (*) character to indicate a wildcard is not necessary.
